*Free remote on-line dial-up training support direct from our office to your PC. Once we have
received your order, why not save time and let us guide you to get the link all 'set up and
ready' for the arrival of your new Worka-B M.I.S. package?
*Contingent upon your PC having a broadband connection with the logmein free link
installed. We can advise you on these items.
Whenever you want on-line help, just book a convenient time for us to link up. Then phone us
and if, like us you are 'skype enabled' www.skype.com the calls are free! Also turn on your
www.logmein.com
free link (we can't link up until you give your permission). Your Worka-B
personal tutor can then give you 1-to-1 training over the phone and we can operate your
Worka-B 'before your very eyes'.
The estimating, costing and document procedures are simply explained over the phone and
on screen and with reference to your comprehensive illustrated Worka-B operator's
handbook in colour. We can then watch you operate Worka-B and then confirm that you are doing it
right. With all this help on-line, you will get to know the Worka-B package very thoroughly to
get the most benefit from using it, as many other users have done!
Additional support club membership renewals (including the free remote training)
are available at the following modest prices:
6 months support for 2 user system @ £130.00 + VAT, or... 12 months support for 2 user system @ £208.00 + VAT. Each of these include all the usual support features, plus program and handbook updates.

You can start your free 3 months support up to a month after the
purchase. This accommodates VAT/Tax periods, staff holidays, installing Skype
and/or Logmein remote training software via broadband. Also, you
may wish to utilising our data import service (charges may apply) for your addresses,
papers/materials and production costs to get you up and running as fast as
possible.
You can book several training sessions (in UK time) - 30 minutes per lesson - every
week or at any mutually agreed time, perhaps on a Saturday morning between 9 am and 12 noon, or early morning Monday to Friday at 7.30am, or after office hours Monday to Thursday at 5.30pm...when things are quieter! As shown above, Honeycomb Computer Technology offers you 3 months FREE
training included with our M.I.S. package. However, please study the following
points from Slide 6 on our Presentation CD to ensure we can offer you the fullest
assistance in getting this package up and running to your satisfaction. So, the
following criteria are essential for Staff Training...
your users need to be PC Computer literate + keyboard competent plus they must be familiar with print quotes and costing procedures and have a good command of spoken English related to print they know why you want Worka-B and agree to learn and use it and naturally you have the remote 'logmein link' installed
